On Wednesday, December 12, Buckhead was in a New York state of mind when the CFDA {FASHION INCUBATOR} Designer Showcase strutted into Atlanta. W Atlanta –Buckhead was proud to welcome four of CFDAs newest rising star designers: Burkman Brothers, Emanuela Duca, Daniel Vosovic and WHIT. This event was the first in the country and was the official launch of the national partnership between W Hotels Worldwide + the Council of Fashion Designers of America. The morning began with an exclusive meet-and-mentor breakfast with CFDA representatives, designers and SCAD students. From there, the designers hosted a private luncheon and fashion show hosted by Atlantas fashion elite. That night, the designers joined media and local tastemakers on the rooftop at Whiskey Blue to celebrate and showcase their latest collections.
